• You must be at least 18 to check in to this hotel.
• Rates are per Bungalow per night.

Guest charges and room capacity

• Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 6.
• This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children.
• This property considers guests aged 2 and under, at time of travel, to be infants.
• Your credit card is charged the total cost above at time of purchase. Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.

Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations or changes made up to 1 week before arrival date are subject to a TL25,00 penalty. 
• Cancellations up to 48 hours before arrival date are subject to a 1 Night Room Charge penalty.
• Cancellations or changes made after check-in are subject to a 100% penalty.
• Cancelling your stay: Cancellations can be made online by contacting us via email. You will receive an email from us confirming your cancellation and explaining the cancellation fees, depending on the date of cancellation.
• Changing your stay: To make changes, please cancel your booking via email, and rebook online. Please do not rebook, unless you have received a confirmation of your cancellation from our reservations department. All refund requests must occur within 60 days of hotel check-out. Any refund for checking out early or for no shows will be given at the sole discretion of Club Simena Hotel.
• Refunds will be made within 14 work days of receipt of your notice of cancellation.
• Cancellation terms and condition are subject to change without prior notice because it may vary according to season.
